<image:title>Meet the Owner/CEO - Krista Haidle has dedicated her life’s work to advocate for athletes and performers through health, wellness, healing, and biomechanics.</image:title>
<image:caption>Krista Haidle earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training from Slippery Rock University in 2009. Since then, she has been a nationally certified and state certified Athletic Trainer. In 2017 she earned her Performance Exercise Specialist certification and is currently working to obtain her Masters in Kinesiology. In 2009 she started her career with the honor of serving those who served her. After working with the US Army Basic Combat Training for nearly five years, she started a sports medicine program for the South Carolina region for CORA Physical Therapy. By building a Sports Medicine and Community Outreach program for South Carolina clinics, she had the opportunity to refine rehabilitation and prevention techniques to see that her athletes reached their ultimate potential. She is currently back at her roots, serving those who serve us all daily; working again with the U.S. Army. Throughout her work, she has learned that while there is a plethora of excellent athletic trainers, physical therapists, strength and conditioning coaches, and sport-specific coaches, the comprehensive wellness of an athlete often does not contain evidence-based biomechanics, kinetics, and kinematics analysis and focus. Biomechanics has a profound backing to perfect the effective movement pattern, and in turn, decrease injury and increase performance (Erickson, Thorsness, Hammamoto, Verma, & Nikhil, 2016; Anderson, 2018). Krista’s goal in creating this business is to allow every athlete to have access to practical, evidence-based biomechanical analysis. Erickson, B., Thorsness, R., Hamamoto, J., Verma, Nikhil, N. (2016) The biomechanics of throwing. Operative Techniques in Sports Medicine, (24) 3, p156. Anderson, O. (2018). How form can enhance performance and prevent injury. Track Coach, 223, 7100–7107.</image:caption>
